Friar Tux was founded in 1974 with a single location in Lakewood, California. Over the decades we have added dozens of stores in California and Nevada as well as an online suit and tuxedo rental company called Stitch & Tie. Our 50 years of experience in tailored clothing means that we understand our customers and we have in depth knowledge of the industry and the manufacturers. We pride ourselves on being very responsive to our customers' needs with our customer service and product offering.
Our stores offer both kids rental and retail suits, tuxedos and accessories in a variety of styles. Online, we sell kids suits and accessories to accompany groups like weddings and also for kids who need to dress up for a performance, party, dance, family photos or other special occasion.
