Returns & Exchanges

Please follow the instructions below for returns and exchanges.

Returns:

• Call customer service at 877-320-0050 to request a return authorization number.
• Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of your original purchase receipt.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Returned merchandise must be in original packaging with tags, unaltered, and unworn.
• Altered garments are not returnable.

Exchanges:

• Call customer service at 877-320-0050 to request an exchange.
• Original item must be in original packaging with tags, unaltered, and unworn.
• Once original item is received the exchanged item will be sent out.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us, then we will cover the shipping of the new item to the customer. 
• Altered garments cannot be exchanged.
